Fiberstars halogen bulbs: HI-111 vs ELC

I have a Fiberstars 2004 illuminator system for my pool
Yes, I know it's dated and LEDs are the modern solution...but this one still works!

I've been using up the supply of ELC bulbs that were on hand when we bought the house.
Fiberstars, however, specs their HI-111 bulb.

The HI-111 is spec'd at 19.7v, 200w while the ELC is 24v, 250w.
On top of that, I'm not sure which ELC bulbs I have (I know there's at least the ELC/FA, ELC/5, ELC/10)

Does anyone know why to use one over the other?

Fiber Optics days are past, i fear there will be no response.

I would call Inyo pools they still sell some fiber optic bulbs.
