Last night, I cleaned the cartridges in my filter. When I was reconnecting everything, I realized that there was an issue with the clamp ring knob assembly. I ordered a new part on Amazon which should be here tomorrow morning. I can't run the filter, so it will be off for the next 24 hours. The water chemistry is fine, but I was in the process of finishing a SLAM. How bad is this to have stagnant water there for an entire day?

That depends on how "clean" you go into the stagnant period. Since you were at SLAM values, it will have virtually no effect. Just bring the chlorine back up to SLAM level when you get connected back up.
