Long Crack under coping.

Hopefully this is the best place for this.

New to pools and unfortunately we didn't notice this crack surrounding half the pool. Its between the top of the tile and the coping. At first I thought maybe it's just grout, but the crack is pretty deep. The depth and width varies as you go around the pool. It's as if the concrete is lifting. I guess you could say it's a cantilevered concrete deck and not typical coping nased on what I have seen. What's the best way to fix this?

To clarify, it's about a half inch high and circles about a third of the pool. What would be the proper way to fill this? Backer rod then caulking? Thanks!

This is a moving joint, especially in Arizona. So you don't want to put in anything that would imar the movement of the joint. Do you have a joint between the concrete and the wall? Please say yes?

Anyway some backer rod and Polyurethane caulk should work. Don't expect it to last more than a couple of years.
