I have a 15×30 above ground pool with a leak. The water level dropped to about half over the winter causing the cover to fall in. The water is now black. My question is, should I refill the pool and clean it or is it easier to find the leak now when the water level is so low? Also is this a diy fix or should I call a professional?

If the water has stopped leaking, the leak should be at the top of the water level. It is a fairly easy fix once you find it. You can by a leak repair kit and instructions on how to use will be within.
