Spa and pool water level decrease when automatic fill is turned off

When my auto fill on my pool is turned off, I am loosing water from the spa and I have to add water to the pool the next day because the water level just barely at the skimmer. I have to add water so the spa will fill back up to over flow in the pool. New pool and my first pool. Please help

It sounds like you have a leak. There are several threads here about how to determine where the leak may be.

If it's a new pool, I'd suggest getting the builder involved to help determine if there is a leak and where it's located.

You could run a bucket test with the pump(s) running and then again with them off to see if it's related to that.
