Pool liner popped off in a spot. J-Hook. How to I fix?

I notice last year closing the pool my liner was popped off. Now its time to open and I want to fix it. I figure I have to drain nearly the whole pool to fix but wanted to show you guys and get all the advice I can. Thank you!

Edit: Today and tomorrow its only 68 degrees if that make much of a difference.

I'd wait for an at least 85 degree day, lower the water a foot, and put a heat gun or heavy hair dryer to it.

I drained almost another foot out of it and used a hair dryer to heat it up. It didn't take much heat and it pulled up super easy. I did use a type of pliers called linesmens to get a good grip without hurting it. Wifey helped by operating the hair dryer.

I'd use a hair dryer over a heat gun. You can also use very hot water too.
