For every 10 ppm of FC added by trichlor you have also added 6 ppm of CYA. Since there is no standardized size for trichlor tabs it's impossible to say how much one whole tab will add.
If you look at the bottom part of the pool calculator (link in my sig) it will tell you the effects of adding various chemicals to your water.
