Pebble stuck in sheer descent

I can see it in the mouth is the unit. Any idea on what to do without tearing up the opening?

Is there room enough to slip some sidecutter pliers in and crack the pebble into smaller pieces that will wash through?

The opening can't be more than 3 to 4mm

Your pool was built this year right? I would contact the Builder and let them fix it so that they can be responsible for any damage they cause.

This is a builder warranty issue. Call them.

I'd get a jig saw or sawzall blade and work it back and forth by hand until the pebble comes undone.

I agree have the builder check it. I had the same problem shortly after start up. I used a Butter knife to put behind the small pebble and pulled the pebble out. No damage occurred.

Thanks, I turned it on again today and there was no issue. I will monitor.

Turned out to just be a small piece of foam, probably from its own packing material.

Sheer descents are supposed to have a stone trap (kind of like the particle trap on a gas line) and splinter screen in the piping leading up to it to keep debris out. Sometimes those are accessible for maintenance purposes.

Does your setup have that?
