Fine tuning salt settings

I understand the following:
- if I increase the output on the salt system from 50% to 60%, then the salt system will remain active for 10% more during the run time
- if I increase the pump run time, then the salt system will create chlorine for that extra amount of time relative to it's output percentage

Question: What happens when I leave output the same and run time the same, but I increase pump speed? More volume of water is moved through the salt cell, but will the cell actually produce any more chlorine?

The output is independent of flow rate subject to minimum flow rate limits.
