having troubles with Algee forming on tiles but only a small amount , pool has been shocked and used alacide. Perhaps weekly wall scrubs are in orders?

Hello Shaun and welcome. 
Yes, I suspect some scrubs are in order if the algae is at or above the waterline. Grab a brush and some bleach and hit it good. If you see cloudiness or green below the waterline, you'll want to increase FC levels and do a "SLAM" as noted in my signature below. Ordering the proper test kit (TF-100 or Taylor K-2006) would be a very good thing to do if you can. Have a nice day.

We have seen people from spain and they have always have a problem ordering a good test kit, ebay has a K-2006 that can be ordered worldwide but they are very expensive... it does the best at telling you what your water is doing
