Our installer put in a waterfall that recirculates pool water and 4 deck jets on two valves but one pump. We are able to run either the deck jets with the waterfall or the deck jets without the waterfall. We would like to run the waterfall without the deck jets but the installer states they only installed one pump so that cannot be done. Is there anyway to fix this so we can run the waterfall without the deck jets?

I don't know where the plumbing set up is located. Is there a certain place I should look, do you know?
We had a waterfall built leading up to the pool and leading to the lower waterfall that recirculates the pool water. Are we incorrect in thinking that it would be common sense to have the lower waterfall and the deck jets on seperate pumps?
The plumbing set up is where all the pumps and filter are. He wants to see a picture of the pipes attached to those pumps so he can see how the water is flowing from your equipment pad to the pool. From the way you described it I am guessing that from your equipment pad water goes to a pipe that flows through to the deck jets. But it sounds like there is another pipe attached to that pipe that permits some of the water that would otherwise go to the deck jets to be diverted to the waterfall. We need to see the pictures but it sounds like they can add another pipe that would divert the water going to the deck jets back into your returns in the pool. That way the waterfall would get water and the deck jets would get none.
