Kool deck is starting to peel up :( What can I do??

I have a little spot of Kool type deck that is starting to peel up and wonder if there's anyway that I can repair this myself. I'd like to say I knew what the underlying cause was/is but I don't-it's hot, same as it's been every summer here in AZ, no excess water, no huge impacts that I'm aware of so I'm stumped but I would like to fix this before it really gets bad. And I do not use the Weber in this area for grilling.

The link below is for a repair kit. If you are going to fix it check the spot to make sure it is adhered around the edges. You wouldn't want to repair it and have it chip up around the fix.
