polaris 360 vs polaris 165? how to decide which to buy?

both are pressure cleaners that don't require a booster pump.

the difference in price is $225!

i have an I/G, gunite, 20x45ft, 3-9.5ft deep free form pool. not alota debris/no major leafing trees.

i don't like my old and decripit jandy rayvac, it won't make it into the shallow end anymore and gets stuck all the time, despite having replaced every replacable part on it. 6 yrs old and going to it's grave.

anyone with an opinion or experience with either of these, please chime in

The 165 will not clean as well as the 360, bottom line. It will also not clean the walls not climb them. It is really more suitable for pools that do not get a lot of debris.
It's a case of you get what you pay for.
