First pool opening

Hello all, we got our inground installed last year. First opening this year, cover comes off today and there are stains all around marking the outline of the cover. Scrubbing doesn't do a thing. I was told not to pressure wash by the place that opened it. Any thoughts on how to clean the marks? Thanks in advance.

Sorry....on the concrete deck all around the perimeter of the pool.

50/50 muriatic acid / water and a scrub brush should clean that up easily.

Those do look like they resemble metals staining, especially since they follow the line of the spring anchors. The dilute MA mixture should do the trick as Bruce advised. Rinse the area down well with a hose, away from the pool, after scrubbing.
