High Chlorine Level- how high is it safe to swim in?

Our new pool is still in start up mode, managed by the PB, it has high CYA and high FC (no surprise),but I wanted to know if it would be safe to swim in it?

I tested the water this evening...
FC 13
CC 0.5
CH 350
TA 110
CYA 70
PH 7.6

I seem to recall seeing that swimming was ok as long as the FC was below Slam level (is that correct?), but cant seem to find that information. If that is right, Slam level for CYA of 70 is 28. So are we OK?

That is correct, safe below the SLAM level. Your SLAM level is 28, so you are well under that. Swim away!

10-4! We swam every day during a SLAM last summer with FC at 28 and CYA at 70. Nobody even noticed.
