Pool wall separating (collapse)

I searched the forums for a solution but the other posts didn't have any real resolution.

Background: Over the winter a brick fell into the pool and tore a huge hole in the liner and drained the pool down to a foot remaining. As a result of the steel supports that attached to the wall separated because the bolts were completely rusted.

I'm very handy and plan on welding additional steel supports from the 45 degree support that attached to the wall support. However, the wall support has cracked away from the cement at the bottom (hopefully you can see it from the pics). I plan on using my backhoe to gently pull the wall back into position with reinforced walls - but any ideas how to fix the steel wall supports that were in the cement and has cracked and pulled away?
