Installing a through the wall pool skimmer and it's leaking

We have attempted to add a through the wall Heritage wide mouth pool skimmer. We can't seem to get it to stop leaking. We are about to try silicone but not really sure where to put it. The gaskets that came with the skimmer are double gaskets. Does anyone out there have any pointers or ideas?
