Capacitor for new hayward super motor 3/4 hp

My pump motor just hums when plugged in. I took the back casing off, but the capacitor has no marks, maybe warn off? My grandson is helping me post this. Does anyone know which capacitor I need? This is the model number: c48J2n131b1 but I can't find anything about the capacitor or where to order it. Here is a picture we uploaded of i the pump thanks please

Have you taken the pump basket off (while the pump is not plugged in) and tried to move the impeller with your fingers/ feel for debris.

that's the first thing I would try.

I had that happen once with some pine needles that got lodged in there.

We just tried this per your suggestion. Both of us have bigger hands but couldn't really feel anything. I felt something that felt like a circle but I couldn't turn it.
