Have a Jandy PDA controller and Jandy Titan AE 2500 heat pump. At one time the PDA would control both the Spa and Pool heat functions. Now it won't. The options are still within the PDA menu ... so it acts and appears as if it is controlling the heat pump. But I actually have to go out to the heat pump and activate the pool/spa switch and set the tempature from the heater as well. Any clue as to what is missing?

You could have a bad water temp sensor. Try temporarily switching the air and water sensors and see if the heat pump will respond.
