Compupool water fault

Hi, I am from Czech republic and I bought Compupool CPSC 16 in 2014. At end of last season I had two errors on LCD screen. no water and add salt.
The cell looks good, no damage, connectors are without corrosion and tightly connected on pins.
After start verification process (58seconds) unit continue process of testing (1:48seconds). Always I see in the cell gas... Then I get the error no water or add salt. My concentration of salt is about 5000ppm.
This process is in infinity loop.

Thanks Tsuma for your reply, but I don´t think that high salinity level is cause why our unit doesn´t work. There is the fault "no water" and "low salt".

Hi Tsuma, thanks for your reply. I will do it maybe this Saturday and write here the result. But i don´t know if the unit will work. Maybe i can solve the problem "no water", but what with the problem "low salt"?
I have a CompuPool CPX24 system that's showing the "SW VER V1.0.13" message, none of the indicators are light (see photo). Any suggestions for getting the unit re-started?
