Replacing a pump motor, what else do I need?

I'm pretty much decided to buy a A.O.Smith/Century variable speed replacement motor to replace my Hayward Superpump single speed. Since my Superpump is 1hp, I've been recommended the ECM16CU rather than the ECM27CU which is 2.7 hp.

Looks like both pumps come bare bones so I'm wondering what else I need to mount it to my Superpump housing. Assuming the wet end is in good shape, can I just reuse the seals? What other parts do I need?

In the attached diagram, I assume I'm just getting part #20. Are there other parts I should order at the same time?
