Trying to clean up the green swap in my backyard

Hello all,
Trying to get my pool in shape for summer. Just started a couple of days ago. Current numbers are, I think:

FC: 23 (trying to keep up for shock)
CYA: 20 or lower ( I have a hard time measuring this one) I have gotten 20 a couple of times, but am not completely sure I have any.
TA: 60
pH: 6.8
Salt: 2400

I have had some clearing to a lighter green. Still very cloudy, unable to see bottom. I am unsure of what to adjust first, second, whenever, and which to be sure is stable while adjusting the other. I have added some stabilizer (6lbs) and have been adding chlorine (bleach) to help shock.
Thanks for all the help.

1. Your biggest issue is your FC. It is being consumed and you are not replenishing it fast enough. You must keep your FC at 15 or so CONSTANTLY or your pool will not clear.

2. Get enough 20 mule tem Borax to raise your pH to 7.2 (Use Jason's calculator to figure how much that is)

3. Get enough CYA to raise it to about 60ppm (Use Jason's calculator)

4. Check you manual for the SWG......your salt seems a little low.
