So I am looking to install a new vs pump. As you can see from the images I don't have any pipe to work with before or after the 3 way port. It's a little easier on the top side, but I'm leaning towards replacing everything between the pump and the filter multi pump. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

The coupling on the three port valve can be removed by using a heat gun and some needle nose pliers.
I've used this technique many times and have yet to have an issue.

There are several other videos demonstrating this and in your situation, removing the coupling on the outside of the three way valve would be even easier.

Thanks. Going to get to the project this weekend. Will post the finished job. Had a couple of practices on some old pipe and think I have the melting down.
