Question on the Pool Math

When setting up the readings In Pool math what should i have checked in the drop down It always comes up as trichlor the default setting. I dont see a choice for Sodium hypochlorite 10.5% which is what I use from the pool store. Should I just change the first box to 10.5 from 6 and set up the rest before making adjustments??

On the second box to the right under FC, type in 10.5 then hit calculate.

It says

Add __ oz of _*__ trade % bleach. Jug size _____ * is where you would put your 10.5 You will call it bleach for pool math.
