I have just purchased this robot and it giving me ER10 and when i check in the manual it states that i have to disconnect and reconnect the cable from the robot to the programmer but to no avail now the supplier is telling me that it might have loose contact due to travelling Can anybody help me sort this out as I am worried that i paid this lot of money and the robot didn't move 1 mm yet Thank you
