Need help programming Intelliflo

If you don't mind I could use some help programming my Intelliflo.

I want to run my pump on speed 3 for 14 hours of the day (9am to 11pm) and speed 1 the rest of the time. Could someone please tell me the keystrokes to program? The time is correctly set and the speeds are also set to the correct level.

Thank you very much for your help my patience is shot and I have to look at my pump upside down based on the way it was mounted.....

Mine's on the panel, and I know it's a little different setup, so I'm sorry not to help. I really wanted to ask, why you're running the pump so many hours...

I don't remember exactly but it is something like this
Menu
Down to speed 1-8
Down to speed 3
Select
Should show rpm
Down to start time
select
Left arrow and right arrow to move to digit, up and down to adjust
Enter
Down arrow to stop time
Set time
Enter
Press run/stop
