Digital Nano R-35\22 cell, LOW AMP CELL?

HI,

I have a Digital Nano R-35\22 cell (4 years old) and I've been getting the low amp cell? message for a while now. Seems like the cell might still be working as my PH is increasing but there's never enough chlorine in the pool.

I'm trying to find what exactly I need to replace. How do you know if it's the cell, the cord of the board?

Test result with boost on:
Salt 2800
Temperature 80
Cell = 30V 1.4A
Amp-Hrs - 51902
