Ok, so this will be my first year opening my pool. I closed it myself last year. In doing so, I used my air compressor to remove all the air out of the lines and plugged all openings including my drain. So my question is, is it safe to quickly jump into the pool to remove the plug from my drain so I can get the pump working or should I just start it with the skimmer and leave the drain plugged? The drain is T'ed into the skimmer. I do not have separate lines for the drain and skimmer. Thanks in advance for your input!
