All the fish died after a few days!! Argh. Any ideas why? Tips?

If you tossed that many fish into a small pond and it didn't have an established bio system, they probably died of oxygen starvation from the Nitrate levels.
Start with maybe 3 gold fish and wait till the water has established the bio element first. Then you can add more goldfish. 200 gallons is too small for even 1 Koi since they grow quite large.
