Hi guys I am new to this forum. I enjoyed reading some of the problems people encounter and the fixes that are provided. I have a large pool about 36000 gal. and need a new pump. I have been researching the Pentair and the Hayward VS pumps. does anyone have a preference and why?

I don't personally have a preference. Just kind of got locked into one brand when the pool was built. Both are top-notch manufactures. Great to have you with us.

Welcome, I just picked a manufacture and stayed with them.. I went with a 2 speed and love it.
