There is a setting percentage for Pool and one for the SPA. Should I just worry about the pool setting and keep the spa setting at 0%? I have it set at 40% now for the pool.

If you have the EasyTouch, it automatically reduces the IC40's chlorine output to about 10% of whatever the pool output is set to when you select Spa. Not sure how this would work without the Automation.
