Pyrex triton minimax heater problem

I've been researching this and thought it could be either of these things but now not sure...1 pressure switch bad and 2 power board bad...but I don't have any led lights including power green or lit...I have a Jandy aqua link system but haven't opened up the box yet..thinking now maybe relay or connection is bad to the heater? Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks Ive been watching that video...I tested my power yesterday and I don't have any lights on my led board.....it looks like I have power into the transformer but nothing out of it...so I ordered this

any trick to installing this?

I just replaced transformer so now getting the green power light but no other lights? Any ideas?

Is one of the "trays" just gone a victim of rust ? There is a bar/tray running across the bottom on the back side but only a pile of rust on the front..is that one that collapsed? And is that needed?

I'm getting a tstat light along with power light...does that mean I need to replace the tstat?
