I would ask your PB, if you have one, otherwise ask the people putting in the Quartzscapes. That's an NPT product, right?
Yes, best to check with the people providing the warranty. The safe answer is to wait 30 days before swimming.
Our pebble pool was plastered in the middle of the week and we had a big pool party that weekend. We didn't know any better and it turned out fine, still is fine 4 years later.

My PB said it was fine to swim when it was filled. We were done on October 31st. We have had no problems with it. We went with Barbados blue. What color did you go with? We love the finish. So happy we got the quartzscapes finish.
