Can anyone tell me the difference between Powder Power Plus and Powder Power PRO?

Shopping at Leslie's are we? Beware of their "free" water testing.

As far as I can tell, they are the same, the pro being sold in bulk. They are both cal-hypo ... which adds calcium to your water in addition to the chlorine. Being that you are in Houston, I am going to go out on a limb and say you have more than enough calcium in your pool and that adding more is sure to cause you problems.

The fact that they even sell this stuff in areas with hard water to unsuspecting pool owners is horrible :grrrr:

Nice find Richard, the MSDS I kept finding did not have the list of names like that.
