Can't set Pool Pilot above 31%

OK, I know I must be missing something simple here , but I can not set our PoolPilot Digital above 31%. I just opened the pool a few days ago. Boost seems to be working fine. I can switch between cell power 1,2, and 3, but when I am in the regular cycle I can't get above 31%. Salt is at 3100ppm. Is this an issue with cold water temp? Currently reading 56 degrees.

Yes, it is because of cold water. When the water is cold they limit the maximum percentage you can set it to.
