HAHA that's cool my kids would love it. Unfortunatly here in Texas, the water would evaporate before it hit the ground 
My new pool has an ozone generator and is supposed to provide a good supply of O2 to the water because that's the byproduct of it nuking the nasties. I'll try breathing underwater and let you know how it goes.

Wish they would have had something like that at the neighborhood pool we used growing up ... that thing was like a bathtub by the end of June. :?
