Hi, I have a 17'x39' (4' to 9' deep) oval composite wall pool that I'm in the process of renovating. The pool is located in Suffolk County, NY. I'm trying to decide between the Turbo Twister slide or the Adrenaline slide as well as natural gas vs heat pump pool heater. I'm putting in a new 8' diving board as well as an auto pilot salt system and Mod filter. Any suggestions will be mush appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome to TFP!

Are you planning to keep the pool heated full time? Then a heat pump is usually best. It heats slow and steady and is more efficient over the long term. If you plan to only heat the pool occasionally then natural gas is usually best. It heats quicker for spot heating in special occasions.

I don't know anything about slides. Saltwater is awesome!

You can add your pool info to your signature so we know more about your set up. More here, Pool School - Read This Before You Post
