I acquired a Kreepy Krauly (1993 model I think) from a friend.
Is there a place to get generic parts like the wings, bumper strap, and foot pad?

I just found replacement parts for my old Kreepy Krauly Legend on Amazon. They had all I needed. Once I knew the model it was easy to find parts.
