Wish I had known about this site years ago. Converted Bromine pool to Salt Generator last year and so far very happy. Only issue I am having is low free chlorine reading. Running pump approximately 10 hours per day. From what I have read so far will increase running time.

Welcome! How does the pool look? How are your readings? Increasing pump/SWG run time will increase FC production, but might be worthwhile to see if anything else is going on.

If the SWG can't keep up now and it used to be able to, something is going on. You might have the beginnings of an algae bloom and you're barely keeping it at bay, or you just have low CYA and sunlight is stealing it. Again, how does the water look? Crystal clear, dull, cloudy, tinted green, chunky green, black? And what are your chemical readings, and how did you get them? Have you tried an overnight loss test?
