Pool Ladder.....

Soooooo... I was going to try and replace this ladder and figured that we could do it ourselves and spare my landlord the hassle.. Interestingly enough, when I have read/watched on how to remove these, nothing resembles ours and I can't figure out how to remove it.

Any ideas???

Looks like it is permanently set in the concrete. Perhaps a pool tech could cut it off and use the "stubs" as an anchor to bolt the new ladder on.

hack saw????? that looks like they had the cement poured around them so...........

That is what I was thinking [emoji849] well I will leave that part up to the landlord then lol If it would have been simple to remove then I didn't mind replacing them ....
