Aquaquik Solar Heater for AGP's - Any reviews/feedback?

That device keeps coming up over and over recently. See for example this topic.

It can't possibly do very much. It is only about 4 square feet, so even if it was perfectly efficient it would not provide very much heat. Compare 4 sqft to a standard solar panel with 80 sqft. And most people use several panels.
 
Thanks for the link, I swear i searched on Aquaquik first and didn't find it. Looks like the thing is junk. I would love to do solar panels, but I am not sure I can pull it off without the homeowners association jumping all over me. I think they would have to go on the front slope of the house to get the right exposure...

I guess I will stick with the solar cover for now!
