where do i put the grounding wire on the sand filter?

We can't remember where the grounding wire was on the filter last yr. Help please. We took the cover off yesterday and filling pool to the right level today. Want to run filter tonight.

Though it's silly to have to do it at all, the bonding lug attaches to the base that supports the filter.

do i just unscrew a screw that holds the pump onto the stand? or do I put another screw in?

It's normally located on the motor frame......near the discharge of the pump and it's a solitary screw for no other purpose.

we found a screw that was alittle loose so we thought it went there. we connected it but its not plugged in yet so let me know.

off topic now everything is leaking on the filter and pump so i got to figure that out
