You should buy the pool that best fits your needs and budget.
Where did you hear that Radiant pools are rusting and failing? I believe they have a lifetime and a transferable warranty.

Radiant Pools is one of the oldest manufactures in the business. I doubt their rust and corrosion issues are much different than the other manufacturers.
Search this forum and see what you find. AGPs can all have rust and corrosion problems especially if not properly maintained.
It sounds like you want to place an AGP in the ground. While that can be done in a fashion, it must be done in a manner that complies with the manufactures specs and leaves the components accessable. It also increases the danger of corrosion or rust and requires increased inspection and maintenance.
