Vinyl pool liner

Hi everyone, haven't posted for a while. I am hoping you can put my mind at ease. We had a lot of snow here and the snow melted and brought the level of my closed pool up past the skimmer. I put my little pump in to bring the level down below the skimmer. It's a very slow pump and I planned to turn it off later, but guess what, I forgot!

This morning as I left for work I saw that it was pumped way down, there is about 3 or 4 inches of water still in the shallow end. I am filling it back up. Is this going to mess up my liner? It's about 45° right now, it will be about 35 tonight, It probably got down to 35 or so last night.

If you don't see any wrinkles now, it is probably just fine.

If you see them, they will be hard to remove

I have a timer just for my pool for things like this. "There is NO way it has already been 15 mins! I just sat down!" Alls well that ends well!
