Hello all. We purchased this house in April 2015 and it comes with my first ever pool so this is all new to me. A short history of the house is the pool area and pool was built approx 10 years ago. After much renovations I have now discovered the pool (4400 gallons cement fully tiled above a garage)is leaking. So we are in process of regrouting and repairing leak. (Btw if you want to start a leak detection business here go for it as there are zero!)
Up until this point I have been paying a pool service approximately $50usd a month to maintain it. I would like to move into maintenance myslef with a friend who can help when I am not here and as well act as a property manager.
I'm not sure if the method bbb will easily done here or not. I first have to get a decent test kit!
Any help ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am a little over whelmed

start by reading everything you can and ask questions...
