old hayward 400nd needs new blower old blower is 200 v

I replaced a motor that was labeled for 115 0r 220. I thought I did it correct but I smoked the new motor. I ordered a new motor but I don't know what voltage it will be. Its not here yet. This heater is 17 years old and finding the right motor is tough. The new motor comes with a controller card but I don't think it will work on an old model.

My second problem is the spa will completely drain I mean bone dry, if not run for 4 days. I don't where the water is going. Can I add something that might seal the leak.
