The control/comm wire from my EasyTouch panel to MasterTemp heater has been cut (by a bad dog!.. ugh..). Current wire is E189533, Style 2464, 18awg -- shielded two wire (yellow & green).

Is their not a Pentair P/N for this comm wire?.. The manual seems to describe it as standard wire:

Thanks for any help you may provide!

Connect wires from the controller or timer to the Fireman’s Switch.Controller, timer or relay should be sized to handle 24VAC at 0.5 Amp (becauseit will be completing the 24VAC control board circuit on the heater as shown inFigure 22). DO NOT apply line voltage to the Fireman’s Switch terminals. Use18 gauge wire with a minimum 3/64” (1.2mm) thick insulation rated for atemperature rise of at least 105°C.

 Welcome!

The wire is not provided with the heaters. Most installers use the excess from the data cables for the intelliflo pumps for the fireman's switch wire (which sounds like the case with yours). Really any 2 conductor shielded wire will work just fine since there isn't an actual data communication with the heater.
