Pressure switch

I have a Balboa heater on my tub and it recently began giving a Flo error. I removed the filter no change, so I adjusted the switch which corrected the problem. The error comes back after an hour or two which gets cleared of I adjust the switch( barksdale 36056) which has been replaced by a tecmark switch. Jumped the switch connection and the tub runs fine. So I purchased the new tecmark switch and it runs but does not heat. Any ideas?
