Hi Ray from a fellow West Aussie and welcome to TFP.
If you've looked around there is quite a few Aussies who have been active on the forum here recently.
The best thing you can do is to get one of the recommended test kits and post your numbers up. This is easier said than done but we can help you out with that too.
In the meantime if you can fill out your signature with the size/type of pool- ie-vinyl,fibre concrete, pump and filter preferably with make and model numbers that would help out too.
