Pool and pool house

We have a pool savings account set up. All "found" money and a small amount each month goes into it. It maybe a few years but we have plans. We will take down the deck around the current pool but leave it up around the pool house. Our biggest challenge will be the rain run off as the house is downhill from the pasture in front of the house.

You're going to need French drains to control the runoff.....oh, and the faux-marble replica of the Statue of David as a water-feature and maybe some Roman columns here and there....oh yes, the "kimkats build thread" will be fun for all....

Yes! It WILL be fun times!! You have such a great area, we can get you really hooked up right! None of this easement business for your yard! Lights! Fire! Water features! The Works!
